Kansas City Cold Storage started in the 20′s at the beginning of refrigeration. A crew would cut ice out of the river and store for future use and ice down rail cars for the beginning of refrigerated transport, coast to coast. KC Cold was on the cutting edge back then and still today. That’s what I call cold storage experience.

Kansas City is a hub for railcars and truck traffic and we still supply the same great service today as we did almost 100 years ago. A company must put the customer first and supply great service to be around for so long. Whether computerized EDI or the most accurate pick pack or pulling orders per stop, we cater to all customers requests.
